Yes, we do! Our team provides all the essential cleaning supplies, including eco-friendly products, except for our EPA-approved disinfectants and heavy-duty cleaners when needed. We bring a vacuum, mop, and natural cleaning solutions to ensure a thorough clean. However, we do not bring a ladder, step stool, toilet brush, or any pest control products. If you have any special requests, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No, you don’t have to be home while we clean! Many clients provide entry instructions, and our trusted team will handle everything. If you prefer to be present, that’s completely fine too—just let us know what works best for you!

Our Deep Cleaning is designed for first-time clients, homes that haven’t had a professional cleaning in a while, or those needing extra attention. It’s a more detailed service that goes beyond a Standard Clean, tackling built-up dirt and grime in hard-to-reach areas.

Our Move In/Out Cleaning is perfect for those preparing a home for new occupants or ensuring their space is spotless before moving out. This service is designed to leave the home fresh and ready, focusing on deep cleaning every area, including inside cabinets, appliances, and more.

For most cleanings, we send a team of 2 professional cleaners to ensure efficiency and quality. However, for recurring cleanings in smaller apartments, we may assign 1 cleaner based on the job's needs. Either way, we have a well-structured system for both two-person teams and solo cleaners to deliver the best results!

Yes! Special requests must be submitted to management before your scheduled appointment. While our cleaners cannot accommodate last-minute requests on-site, they will follow any specific instructions provided in advance.

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy ensures we can accommodate all our clients efficiently. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible!
